We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee a diverse and complex portfolio, ensuring seamless service delivery and strengthening client relationships. Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you’ll handle key administrative tasks, liaise with intermediaries, and maintain regulatory compliance.

In this role, you’ll provide high-quality client service, maintain accurate documentation, and take ownership of financial processes, including billing and payments. You’ll also mentor junior colleagues, supervise workflows, and contribute to a culture of continuous development.

We’re seeking someone with 6+ years of industry experience, a JFSC Table 5 qualification (or working towards Table 4), and a strong understanding of finance, governance, and compliance. If you have excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering top-tier client service, we’d love to hear from you.
