In this role, you’ll work closely with fellow Directors to drive exceptional client service and team performance while collaborating with the broader leadership team to shape the vision, mission, and values of the business. You’ll play a key part in growing the client base by developing strong relationships with existing and new clients, as well as intermediaries. Partnering with the BD and Marketing team, you’ll help deliver the Business Development strategy while mentoring and empowering the administration teams to identify and seize new opportunities.
