A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Company Secretariat professional to join a Governance, Compliance & Risk (GCR) team within a dynamic organisation. This role offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time options available.

The position plays a key role in supporting strong governance practices and ensuring compliance across multiple legal entities. Responsibilities include organising Board and committee meetings, drafting minutes, maintaining statutory records, and managing governance processes. The role also involves advising senior management on best practices, keeping up to date with regulatory developments, and fostering a culture of good governance throughout the business.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in corporate governance or company secretarial services, with a solid understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements. A relevant qualification or a willingness to work towards one would be beneficial. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation. Experience with Board Intelligence or similar company secretarial software would be an advantage but is not essential.
