Our clients' finance function is transforming, including a migration of the accounting system in 2025/6 and the Director of Finance is looking for a Finance leader to join the team at this pivotal time.

The successful candidate will support the Director of Finance to run the accounting function, ensuring that it is effective and managed in a modern and progressive way. Demonstrate delivery of high-quality service both to internal stakeholders and externally with industry stakeholders, produce financial reporting, audit, and assurance that is accurate, timely, and well understood by stakeholders, and support the overall transformation of the Finance function and internal stakeholders to increase their financial literacy and confidence.

This role would suit candidates who are self-driven and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy working collaboratively and developing a team, and have a structured approach to work, this will suit you. They are a positive and friendly bunch!

You will need to hold an appropriate Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). The use of Microsoft Office and relevant desktop applications is essential. The use of computer-based accounting systems or knowledge of NAV would be beneficial in the role and experience in the Finance Services industry, and knowledge of relevant financial services and legislation would be great.
