Are you an experienced M&A Communications professional ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Communications Manager to support a leading organisation through an exciting phase of growth and acquisitions. This 6-month contract (with potential extension) offers the opportunity to shape communication strategies across multiple international locations.

In this role, you’ll work closely with People and culture, Commercial teams, and senior leadership to drive engagement, clarity, and trust among employees, clients, investors, and regulators. You’ll also develop and execute strategic internal and external communications, ensuring seamless cultural and brand integration throughout the M&A process.

If you have proven experience in M&A or large-scale corporate change communications, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to craft compelling messaging across multiple platforms, we’d love to hear from you! Financial services experience and expertise in Microsoft 365, AI tools, and data visualisation would be a bonus.
