An opportunity to support the delivery of the strategic objectives and the management of day-to-day operations, working closely with the Head and the Board to develop and implement Jersey’s Bank Resolution Regime and maintain Jersey’s Depositors Compensation Scheme. As part of the small team, the successful candidate will also benefit from the opportunity to experience a wide range of day-to-day operational activities.

The ideal candidate will bring an appreciation of the Jersey financial services industry and international regulatory standards. A good understanding of bank resolution regimes, deposit compensation schemes, and the public role of a resolution authority in an international financial services centre is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills, commitment to learning and development, and delivering results through teamwork and planning/organisational skills are essential for success in this role.
