Are you a seasoned compliance professional ready to take the next step? We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Funds Compliance to join a leading financial services firm in Jersey. This high-impact role involves designing and implementing compliance monitoring programs, advising on regulatory changes, and fostering a strong compliance culture across the business. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, manage junior team members, and ensure adherence to Jersey’s regulatory framework and AML/CFT legislation.

While this is not a Key Person role, you may be required to deputise for a Key Person, undertaking reporting and control duties when necessary. With 5+ years of compliance experience, a strong understanding of funds and institutional clients, and relevant professional qualifications (ICA diploma), you’ll be a trusted leader driving operational excellence and supporting your team through change.
