Our client is looking for a Senior Manager to actively contribute to initiatives to improve processes to drive operational excellence. Administer a complex and varied portfolio of clients requiring a more senior level of technical ability and provide support to the more junior staff within the team and the Client services director and senior management of the business.

You will lead the team in fostering both a client service mentality and a strong business development culture at all levels within the team by representing personally the cultural values of the business and adapting to change impacts productively, thereby fostering a positive attitude within the team.

If you have a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience and ICSA or STEP qualified or relevant professional qualification, then we would really like to hear from you.
