Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Programme Manager to lead strategic change programmes and drive transformative initiatives across the organisation. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the business change portfolio, overseeing all aspects of programme management, from planning and risk assessment to governance reporting and benefits realisation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and fostering an agile, change-ready culture within the team. Additionally, you’ll manage external partners to ensure seamless delivery and oversee resources and budgets, ensuring every project stays on time, within scope, and on budget.

Ideal candidates will bring a strong academic background (GCSEs, A-Levels or equivalent) along with a Project Management qualification. You should be experienced in agile methodologies and have proven full-cycle change management skills.
