We are looking for an experienced Team Lead, Business Risk Control Onboarding to manage a risk management team within a leading offshore financial institution. This role ensures regulatory compliance, strengthens risk frameworks, and promotes a culture of control and transparency.

You will oversee risk management frameworks, act as a key escalation point for complex issues, and enhance risk control systems by identifying and addressing gaps. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Candidates should have a degree in Risk Management (or related field) and 5-7 years experience in operational risk management within financial services. Expertise in risk evaluation, internal controls, and governance is required.
