Recruitment in Jersey during the Coronavirus outbreak

While as we write, the number of cases of Coronavirus in Jersey is still thankfully small, like many other businesses, Kendrick Rose is taking steps to keep our work force and clients safe, and to help prevent the spread of the disease in our Island.

The Kendrick Rose team will now be working from home but will be happy to arrange distance meetings, face time, or skype calls.

Our clients are still recruiting, and we are still seeing a demand for CVs and we have several interviews scheduled and still taking place. Some clients have asked for written verification before an interview to confirm candidates have not been off island or potentially been in contact with Coronavirus.

We have a great range of new jobs on the Kendrick Rose website, and if you are interested in any of the roles, please make contact and we can arrange to speak by your preferred method.

It’s relatively easy to hold meetings by videoconferencing, it also easy to arrange interviews by Skype and even face time. The technology to work remotely is there and this will be a test for many businesses to see how well it can work.
